JW Honey’s Brunch and Juice Bar is a heartfelt thank you to our founder, Monica’s late grandmother, Honey. She introduced her to the joy of great food at an early age, taking Monica to beloved restaurants in and around Harlem, NYC. From Sylvia’s to Pan Pan, The Candlelight Lounge, Sherman’s BBQ, Copeland’s, and City Island. The list goes on. Those meals were more than just food; they were moments filled with warmth, laughter, and memories she still carries today. JW Honey’s is inspired by those moments Monica experienced while dining in Harlem, USA.
Our kitchen is led by Chef David Taveres, whose cooking is rooted in experience, technique, and a genuine love for food that brings people together. Using fresh, local ingredients and recipes made with intention, we aim to recreate that feeling of walking into a place where everything smells good and you know you’re about to eat well—especially on a slow Sunday morning.
